We wash bathmats after every guest, disinfect every piece of furniture, and sanitize mattress pads and pillows. You won’t be limited to 3 trash bags and two rolls of toilet paper - and I promise to ensure you have enough coffee to make more than one cup a day. We share our community with you by purchasing your welcome gifts from a local business. We make everything we share with you using our own chicken eggs and homemade kefir. When you stay with us, we strive to treat you like our family. Situated on one acre of fenced yard with no visible neighbors, our cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of Texas country charm and modern amenities. Built in 2023, our home features chemical-free rainwater collection, a whole-home propane back-up generator, and top-of-the-line appliances for your convenience. Check-in with your personal code on the keyless entry in the covered carport. Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard, complete with a charcoal BBQ, picnic table, and games like cornhole and disc golf for some friendly competition. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit for a marshmallow-roasting session and s'mores party. This bedroom is furthest away from the main areas with room darkening curtains to ensure quiet time and rest. Half-bath The half bath at the end of the hallway is a thoughtful addition to the property, providing added convenience for guests. This extra bathroom is especially helpful when the main bathroom with the rainwater shower is occupied, allowing guests to freshen up or take care of quick needs without having to wait.
