Our welcome was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully considered…from the fresh eggs and homemade tacos to the cookies and generous gifts. Jennifer was an exceptionally gracious and accommodating host, ensuring we felt comfortable and truly at home throughout our stay. The experience was so meaningful that it reminded us why we first started our family in the Hill Country and made us want to return. A memorable and genuinely special stay.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Never had such a cosy home with (local) amenities provided! That is really what stuck out.
House was lovely and had everything one could need along with a nice Nespresso machine, washer/ dryer, and nice shower. Wish we could have stayed longer. Located near all the wineries, distilleries, and breweries- perfect for a getaway- we will absolutely be back.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless and very well maintained, Jennifer was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond by making breakfast tacos and providing snacks, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy place with an amazing host.

Lovely quiet location, Cute decor, Thoughtful host, Responsive host, My family and I loved our stay at peace on perkins. We arrived to thoughtful and considerate gifts from the host and was provided with everything we needed for our stay. Madelynn is a dream host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe. We will definitely be back for our future visits to San Marcos. Nothing. I truly loved our experience at this property.

We had a wonderful stay and wish we had a bit more time to enjoy the house. Jennifer provided so many nice little touches and the entire house had all the comforts of home including several treats for us to enjoy. If our travels take us to the area again we will definitely stay there!

We had an amazing stay in Dripping Springs with three of my friends. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—honestly even better in person. The location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the area.
Jennifer was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell she really cares about her guests’ experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a very quiet scenic surroundings. Hosts were amazing. Loved all the warm touches. It was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving weekend. Madelynn was very prompt and responsive with her communication.
