Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we are beyond grateful for such an incredible host. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for—it was the little touches that made the biggest impact. From the homemade sourdough bread and fresh eggs to the baked chocolate chip cookies and even breakfast tacos with homemade salsa waiting for us in the refrigerator… every detail was thoughtful and intentional.
This was a girls’ trip, and she made each of us feel so special with her warmth and attention to detail. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—comfortable, inviting, and perfectly maintained. The grounds were just as amazing—peaceful, serene, and the perfect escape to relax and recharge.
She was incredibly attentive to anything we needed, always making sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal and welcoming.
We can’t recommend this home enough and will absolutely be telling all of our friends and family about it.

We booked this place last second for a staycation. Jennifer was so accommodating on such short notice! She has everything you could need stocked! And left us the most delicious goodies! She even had all kinds of baby necessities and kids toys. This was unlike any other airbnb I've stayed in. The surroundings were peaceful and the house was decorated so nicely. The kids loved running around in the yard and I loved drinking my coffee on the porch. I hope to come again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We had to try and make arrangements for a place to stay on short notice and we are so glad we found this place. The accommodations were perfect for 6 people and we were all comfortable. Easily our hosts were the best I’ve encountered on Air BNB. Great communication, extremely responsive and helpful and went above and beyond including fresh eggs, baked goods which were a delightful surprise. It was a wonderfully peaceful setting that we all enjoyed. I can’t recommend this Air BNB enough as a place to stay. Thank you so Much Jenn!

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Every detail is thought out and we appreciated the breakfast tacos, cookies, homemade bread were just incredible. It was the perfect location to venture around outdoors and in Fredericksburg and we will definitely be back.

Can we move in?! This was my most favorite Airbnb stay ever. My family was welcomed so warmly and we have never been so comfortable away from our own home. Farm fresh eggs. A fresh, delicious loaf of honey bread and butter. Cookies, homemade breakfast tacos and homemade salsa! Diapers, wipes, a set up crib and high chair, teething crackers and toys to play with for my baby! Beauty products. Games. Coffee. We felt so pampered! The house is clean and spacious and made a perfect home away from home.

Lovely quiet location, Cute decor, Thoughtful host, Responsive host, My family and I loved our stay at peace on perkins. We arrived to thoughtful and considerate gifts from the host and was provided with everything we needed for our stay.
