Extra sleeping arrangements: Futon Couch in living room (extra bedding with instructions located in front hall closet) Twin blow up mattress and bedding in the linen closet next to queen bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hairdryer. Fully stocked kitchen with toaster oven/air fryer combo, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and mixer. Lovely quiet location, Cute decor, Thoughtful host, Responsive host, My family and I loved our stay at peace on perkins. We arrived to thoughtful and considerate gifts from the host and was provided with everything we needed for our stay. Madelynn is a dream host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe. We will definitely be back for our future visits to San Marcos. Nothing. Beautiful home in a very quiet scenic surroundings. Hosts were amazing. Loved all the warm touches. It was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving weekend. Madelynn was very prompt and responsive with her communication.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of parking (enough for 5 vehicles) for those who have multiple drivers. Nice surprises as host made home made bread for us that was delicious and other items. Is quiet and peaceful, no issues with the neighbors or traffic. Simple and clear instructions on what to do for check in and out. Would highly recommend staying again.

Amazing host and co host, they are so sweet and friendly. Even made cookies and goodies for me and my guest. They make my stay for my competition to be so cosy and smooth. I was able to relax and focus on my show. The location , the cleanliness, the ambiance and everything is just perfect. I would stay here again definitely! Worth it and more!

I cannot say enough about the house and Madelynn’s hosting capabilities. I’ve traveled a lot and used air bnb for a long time. Hands down this was the best experience and we didn’t even have to travel far for great service. Madelynn was responsive and caring. The details made all the difference: sign to welcome us, guestbook with information, evacuation plans, fire escape plans, a sweet gift basket with amenities, plenty of snack options, thoughtful and purposeful toiletries. I really was impressed with this house, especially for the price. We visit San Marcos often and will def book again.

We had a great weekend. The house was so cute and very comfortable, including all the beds. The neighborhood is very quiet and we saw several deer each night on our way back to the house. Madelynn's homemade goodies were a wonderful surprise (and so yummy!) and the goodie bag with essential oil products was amazing. We will definitely be back!
